Care and Instructions
These dolls are not intended to be submerged in water since the doll is incased with herbs and crystals. Spot cleaning is permissible including air drying to maintain fluffiness of the doll. This doll is made completely out of batting.

Warning
The flowers are not removeable and securely sewn on the dress. The removeable pieces and parts included with this doll is the dress and hair bows. Nothing else is removeable.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the purpose of Healing Dolls refunds are not accepted unless the doll was recieved damaged during shipping, then a replacement is free of charge. You must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery about recieving the damaged product. Contact after 7 days void our policy. Once you have recieved exchange authorization, you will have 7 days to return the items back to us for exchange. A picture is required of the damaged items via email. To expedite the return of the replacement send clear bright pictures.
